About Plansemble
Plansemble gathers what’s on across Edinburgh’s festivals, theatres and concert halls — and your friends’ tastes and calendars — into one plan that actually works.
Where the listings come from
The festivals’ programmes come from the Edinburgh Festivals Listings API; the theatres’ and concert halls’ come from their own box offices. Both are checked every few hours. Every listing links to its official seller, because we don’t sell tickets — we just help you decide which ones to buy, and with whom.
What it does
- What’s On lists every show with a performance still to come, across every festival and venue we carry.
- My Shows keeps what you want to see, what you’ve booked and what you’ve seen — with dates, ratings and notes.
- Plan with friends offers real performances to the people you’d go with; everyone marks what works, and the date settles itself.
- Made for you ranks the programme against what you’ve told us you like and what you’ve done in the app, and always says why.
Who runs it
Plansemble is what happened when Nuno Veiga tried to get his friends to agree on a date. It is run by New New Consulting Ltd. It is not an official festival application, and no festival or venue endorses it.
