Terms
Last updated 6 October 2026
These are the terms for using Plansemble (plansemble.com), provided by New New Consulting Ltd. By creating an account you agree to them. If you only browse, the parts about listings and acceptable use still apply.
What Plansemble is
A free tool for finding shows in Edinburgh and planning them with friends. The listings come from the Edinburgh Festivals Listings API and from venue box offices. We don’t sell tickets: every listing links to its official seller, and the seller’s details — dates, times, prices, availability — are the ones that count. Check them before you go. Plansemble is not an official festival application.
Your account
- You must be 13 or over.
- Use your own email address, and keep your password to yourself.
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
What you add
Notes, ratings, shows you add yourself and the names you give plans are yours, and you’re responsible for them. Shows you add are visible to your friends and to the people in your plans, so don’t add anything you wouldn’t want them to see — and nothing unlawful, abusive, or someone else’s personal details. We may remove content that breaks these terms.
Using it fairly
- Don’t copy the programme out of Plansemble in bulk, by script or otherwise. The listings are licensed to us for use in the app, not for redistribution.
- Don’t try to get round security, access other people’s data, or overload the service. Search engines following our robots.txt are welcome.
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.
Availability
We work to keep Plansemble running and the listings right, but it is provided as it is, free of charge, and we can’t promise it will always be available or that every listing is accurate. We may change or stop the service; if we stop it, we’ll give notice where we can.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses that come from relying on a listing, a missed show, or the service being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn’t allow us to limit, and nothing here affects your rights as a consumer.
Changes
If these terms change, we’ll update this page and the date at the top; for a change that matters, we’ll tell you in the app.
